AGILE has extensive experience in bringing our seasoned simulation faculty and expert debriefers to your hospital, office, fire station, or austere environment and conducting training in your place of business. This typically looks like running codes on the medical floor of your hospital, emergency department or ICU and providing constructive feedback in a psychologically safe environment for your interprofessional staff and physicians. We have experience doing this ranging from small critical access hospitals to primary care and dental offices, to tactical environments for SWAT medics and civilian EMS/Fire. Much of this training happens “on the clock” to help keep budgets intact. We do our best to accommodate the needs of our clients to ensure we reach as many staff as possible (day shift, afternoon shift, and night shifts).
We can provide detailed confidential reports (if desired) to hospital leadership on team dynamics, response times, identification of latent safety and regulatory risk management threats, feedback on the execution of rarely used or new protocols and equipment, and (if desired) provide a plan for your educators to improve identified areas of weakness. Additionally, our team can be contracted to lead the educational needs identified in our reports with repeat evaluation of performance at regular intervals.
